Zoe Eggleton

Clinical Specialist Women's Health Physiotherapist

Zoe is a passionate advocate for women's health. She is a specialist pelvic health physiotherapist, treating women at all stages of life, helping them to address issues such as incontinence, prolapse, sexual dysfunction and pregnancy-related pain. 

Zoe is a Mummy MOT practitioner, carrying out pelvic and abdominal health checks after childbirth, enabling women to rehabilitate properly and return safely to their exercise of choice. Zoe is a Restore Scar Therapy Practitioner and treats C-section and other scars with a variety of treatments including massage, IASTM and advice on products such as silicone sheeting.

Zoe has worked as a physiotherapist for 15 years, 8 of which were in the NHS, with her most formative years being spent at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust and The Royal London Hospital. Zoe has studied to Masters level in her field, has a Postgraduate Certificate in Continence for Physiotherapists and is a full member of Pelvic Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy.

Chris Eggleton

Clinical Specialist Musculoskeletal & Sports Physiotherapist

Chris' aim is finding and treating the root cause of your problems. He specialises in recurrent and long term injuries which require a deep understanding of movement analysis and rehabilitation strategies. He will keep you training and will make you come back stronger than before. 

Chris understands athletes because of his athletic background. He has represented GB as an age group triathlete, as well as regional rugby and swimming. He has set up running and cycling clinics, has written evidence-based ACL rehab guidelines and regularly treats top triathletes, runners, swimmers and weightlifters. He treats sports injuries, provides pre- and post-operative rehab, return to sport and high performance programmes integrating the latest scientific evidence.

Chris has 15 years experience in physiotherapy, working for 9 years at Guy's & St Thomas' Hospitals and London Bridge Hospitals. He has been an educator, Advanced Practice Physiotherapist (APP) & Rehab Specialist for Connect Health. He is currently an APP and manages the First Contact Musculoskeletal Practitioner for West Essex in the NHS. He has degrees from King's College and St George's Medical Schools and various Master's-level qualifications in advanced physiotherapy practice.
